Research Dr. Peter Rullan in Chula Vista, he can DEFINITELY help you. He does an intense phenol peel that I think will work wonders for you.

UPDATE: Had So called Subcision friday may 3rd at ADVANCED COSMETIC SURGERY & LASER CENTER in Cincinnati OH with Dr. Mendelsohn's nurse practioner Hope Schweitzer and it was not what i wanted. Numbed me up, and went in about 4 or 5 places on each cheek with an 18g needle but she didnt go in far and wasn't raking the needle side to side, i didn't feel anything, didn't hear any scars popping and it was done in about 20 mins. After done they didn't give me a mirror or anything just walked me out. Had ZERO swelling and was told i would see results from first treatment and i have ZERO. Its like they only did a few scars on each cheek and left everything else untouched. $400 for nothing. FML

@beautifulambitionAny reason why they left lots of scars untouched and why i didn't hear any sounds or swell at all or get any improvment? Is there different types of subcision?

wow sorry to hear, I am also going to a local place and getting my first subcision, I waited 6 weeks for this appointment. I would be very disappointed if this happened.

@given_upSadly these procedures require skill. Some Dr's just don't do subcision all that much and are not as good as others. This is why it's important to ask how many of these do you do a month, how many of them have you done on my skin type if ethnic, and can I See some pictures please. Besides that it's technique and aggressiveness. Some Dr's will experiment on your to try to figure it out.

Options:

1) Ask for more aggressive sub and try again

2) Try another Dr and see. IT takes 3-8 subcisions, so you may not see any improvement on the first one. Secondly Filler is very much needed and if it was not done this can be another mistake.
