I have some pitted scarring on my cheeks. I can't afford to do laser to get rid of them. Are there products that would improve the look? I need something to firm/tighten/puff up the skin. Also, what about certain primers or foundation to help hide it? Sometimes I feel like the more makeup I put on, the worst they look

The best you can do is the following for cheaper cost:
DIY - at home
* Derminator or dermatamp monthly
* Alternate with TCA peels
* Save up, subcision is cheap and do it once or twice a year, ... with Chinese Cupping - Amazon.
If you need more improvement you get into devices $$$$, which can also be done one treatment a year if needed, CO2, RF needling, Erbium.
