Regarding rolling scaring on cheeks and forehead:
Does including PRP(as a topical additive) when performing micro-needling improve results? If so, does it 1)improve the skin's healing time, or 2) does it improve the impact of the micro-needling process on the reduction of scaring?

Mainly quicker healing & some slight collagen production, It won't get rid of your pits. It's very expensive in the USA, but cheaper elsewhere. For light scarring it may help reduce scars /w collagen production. Filler is better for pits in my opinion. You can try it once and see, we're all different.
