Best would be subcision with filler or even rf microneedling but you could try dermastamping the area every couple of months and see what improvement a simple at home treatment might/will do.

Agreed with @Quadboysubcision filler, several sessions - predictable outcomes in the correct hands. Second tier treatments- micro needling, derma roller etc...etc... however as Quadboy suggested, sub with buffer filler is the first impression. I wish you well.

Best to wait at least 3 months for collagen production. If you're also using HA filler, then you'll want to wait and evaluate. There's no need to prematurely subcise the scars that are being held up by the filler.
