You got a mix bag,some ice pic but predominently you got scarred pores or very tiny boxcar type,like ice pick but not deep.you got a tiny bit of deficiency in your cheeks on each side.

You really could use subcision with sculptra injected throughout the cheek.
4 sessions of rf needling, you do these 3 months apart while your waiting for your next session of filler.

TCA Cross is done on the tiny icepicks and tiniest scars. Read about that under peels in the FAQ.

You could do multiple tca peels, to resurface the skin once you finish with this, or a deep peel only on the cheeks, or fully ablative erbium resurfacing for the texture.

Treat when you have down time and money to do it. The forehead needs subcision done. Your scars are not very severe so stop any time you feel you have reached a point that you are happy with.

Nah dude, your handsome. Yes you have visible scars, but i doubt anyone normal would mind them. Your face is not deformed or anything. Yes you can probably make it look "better", but to me it's not worth spending the money.
