It should resolveitself. Even without Kenalog shots, ... just takes a long time. Your Dr must be good. Remember they are supposed to be dilute. Too much or too strong and you get a divot. A good doctor is progressive sometimes needing 2 sessions to avoid this. But don't be to hasty getting shots! A hidden hematoma is a natural filler if it's hidden below the skin, and will resolve with time. Many are fine if it's not visible. I would give it some more time to see how you do.
