Does Aloe Vera Gel (or baking soda) help deep acne scars?

so i have issues with deep acne scars. I received professional treatments as well. I tried dermaroller, laser, and recently microdermabrasion. to be honest the last treatment that I had (microdermabrasion) helped but only a bit. it helped like 30% but that's about it. and i have had 12x of microdermabrasion in the past year. I'm not very disappointed with the result because my doctor was a honest person. she told me that I shouldnt expect too much, maximum 50%, and nothing more. So yeah, i kinda expected it, but of course like everybody else I want much more - especially considering some of my scars are pretty deep and permanently reddish.

I would like to know what are my alternative options? i think i'm done with professional help. laser and dermaroller and chemical peels most likely will give me about the same result with microdermabrasion (and with more risks as well). I wonder if using aloe vera gel or baking soda will help treat the scars, especially the redness color? because when I tried to google 'acne scars', these two solutions seem to be highly recommended by other websites

Also, i have heard about fillers which you can do every 4-6 months. does it help, anyone have ever tried it?

How about professional camouflage tattoo? does it help with redness? sorry for so many questions but i really want to know my options. I think i'm done with microdermabrasion. it doesnt help much anymore recently.

Without a picture it's hard to give you proper advice, you can message me one if you wish.

Microdermabrasion does nothing. I would not go off doctors telling you any percentage. IT's how you heal. Treatment is a slow process with small percentages for each treatment you do well with.

Red is not a scar it's PIE or post acne wounding. Vascular laser takes care of the red.

Deep needs subcision and filler (please look at the faq below).

No your not right, microderm is the most un - effective treatment there is. I need a picture to give you proper treatment for your scars, Peels work but only for texture (at the end)not at the beginning. We don't recommend laser here, to many side effects and not enough improvement for $$$$.

No absolutely not will aloe and baking soda do anything besides make your face inflamed (the baking soda is not ; the aloe which is soothing/ healing).

Read the subcision section, the PIE section under skin below. NO you don't tattoo for reds - again vascular laser, read thefiller section.

Aloe vera spead up healing. It can smoothes the texture too (depends on what kind of texture) and accelerate cells growth. I believe light peel like AHA + Aloe vera after is a great combo to soften scars and make the skin looks more homogeneous.
It would be great to usein combination with other scar treatments BA suggested.
