* Subcision and filler as Quad said would be a great treatment for you. You will need 4treatments. If you cannot afford the filler you can do Chinese Cupping (Amazon) at home. You are missing collagen / fat hence why the filler will help you alot. Sub alone is not that expensive.
* Rf microneedling works much better than just miconeedling especially for your scar type which is rolling / box cars. There are multiple brands intensif, intracel, vivance, infini, secret, etc... You will need 3 treatments of this spaced around your subcision. If you cannot afford this microneedling is affordable and the derminator is a great machine. These will not give you the same outcomes as rf microneedling but can be done at home. -- RF needling works especially well on your scar type.
* I would finally do several medium strength tca peels or a deep sedated peel with a doctor. A alternative is fully ablative erbium resurfacing. If you want to learn more about doing peels checkout the FAQ - TCA section. Click the link and read the whole first page. This can be done on your own if you study how to do it.
You can space out the treatments when you have time and some money, ... nothing has to be done all at once. Scar treatment is slow as the body heals over 3-6 months and creates collagen.
Use retin a or tretinorin cream at night or target carries Differin OTC.

Thank you for the reply, @beautifulambition. Can i begin microneedling before I do subcision? I know I wont be able to begin those treatments for a few months, but I could purchase Derminator now and begin that ASAP. Or should I stick with the order you posted?
Sure you can needle at any time. Just be sure to space out treatments when you peel and needle if your going the DIY route. Peels and needling are cumulative (the results). If you don't get the results you expect go for the rf needling. Fit in subcision when you can. Think of this as a long term thing when you have down time and $$$.
