So as you can see my acne is all gone now, I just have these large red patches on my cheeks on which there are little red dots from where my acne used to be I guess. If anyone knows how to get rid of these and get my skin tone to be all the same that would be great. Thanks.

You have scarred pores,small ice pick and boxcar,scarring.

A TCA Peel(s) and TCA Cross would work.

Laser alternative would be vascular laser, and a laser peel.
