Also in the meantime, do you have any facial care recommendations like face wash, cream, etc? My face doesn't respond well to most creams, most moisturisers make my face red (and i tried many like Cerave, paulas choice, obagi, dr hauschka, etc.). and I used retinA but I think it didn't help. Or should I just don't apply anything?

Search for the device Intracel, I hear this is in Germany (Rf Microneedling).Munich (Germany) and the doctor is called Hans Ulrich Voigt .

I have Drs but they are in Denmark and the UK (see the FAQ - top post of the scar solutions). Germany people have trouble finding subcision, ... no one has shared with me any subcision Drs there (They travel elsewhere). Dr. Novick from NYC who is popular here has a office in Israel, which is a cheap Ryan Air flight away for you as well.

Peels can be done by any med spa, or dermatologist.

Filler if it's a expert injector can be done locally as well (make sure you get the subcision done first and wait until the swelling goes down).

I try not to recommend creams or soaps as everyone is so different. If basic stuff breaks you out then just use water. For moisturizer many do well with HA serum (where there isnt a bunch of other ingredients. IF retin A is causing you orange peel something else could be going on, ... go see a derm. I would stop it if this is the case. The skin is thin after Accutane and needs to heal, so it might be too soon for this.

If you really want to get into skin care products goto reddit.com and find skin care addiction it's a sub, they talk about everything related to this, lots of scientists as well, checkout the search for specifics there.

You could have fungal acne if everything causes you to breakout, or just be the way you heal / sensitivities like allergies, have you considered allergy testing.

Would you suggest I start with Nokor subcision? You also mentioned that it takes time, so what kind of schedule would you suggest?

Yes I would start with sub, I would do RF microneedling (even if elsewhere next) then another sub and more needling, then your peel(s) last. You can wait to finish your subs when filler runs out or you need more.

The body takes 3 months between treatments to heal. I go slowly, but some treat every month, this you can do with your first sub and rf treatments one after the other but then I would spread out. Up to your $$$ and sched.

Smoothness will happen from many peels, and or several laser resurfacing procedures. But you have more issues with scars than just texture, you must raise them (sub filler) first to deal with this.

Remember scars take time, often 3 years of treatments, you want healing time between the things you do, don't rush.

Idea is for filler to break down and replace with collagen,this is why its done mant times over a period to help build up collagen over time.

Just dont get a permenant filler,you want domething that breaks down and gets replaced by the body,collagen.over time the scar will grow collagen due to subcision,the filler fills the void between the tethered upper skin and the dermis,if this is where the tether is cut.the collagen grows,the filler breaks down,over multiple treatments the deficiency gos away,then you can switch to another treatment type.

Yes you can do TCA cross and get filler and subcision. Space out the treatments to allow yourself to heal but you can continue.

Try ebay. Many get stronger acid and water it down %, I think Quad got his from a Hong Kong seller.

I got subcision done byDr Wolfgang with fillers and I think it went quite well. I don't have much bruises on my face or any lumps, the wounds almost went away after second day and my face definitely looks much smoother. Under direct light from the top, most scars are not visible. They are visible because there is some discolouration though. I also ordered Chinese cupping set but they will arrive tomorrow. It will 5 days after subcision and fillers, does it make sense to start? I tried to search for a thread where someone who got both subcision and fillers use cupping method but couldn't find.

You don't do both 😉 Just one or the other. Save the cupping if the filler runs out and you do another sub. Filler is more optimal as you have seen from your treatment.

Thank you for your answer. Do you think taking Hyaluronic Acid tablets helps with skin recovering during this process? The doctor recommended to wait 6 months after subcision before any other treatment and that this is the time fillers last.

Munich is so close to me --- but I don't speak German so I was not able to do a research in German. I flew to get my subcision to Denmark and next I am going to visit Professor Chu in London. How was the doctor in Munich overall? Thanks so much!
