Yeah, as BA already mentioned, it ain't so good unless you have fairly deep pits or your scars are tethered.

As far as I know it's the only treatment that can't permanently fuck your face up

I don't like the term "gold standard" when talking treatments because there is no one size fits all approach.

But yeah, it's a low risk/high reward procedure that manypatients need to bring the scars to the surface.
