This is tricky, the skin structures underneath could make it hard to fix. Start with the cheap route, get a dermastamp online and stamp twice per month on the scar. Then you could try subcision (you need to get a consult from a facial plastic surgeon or derm and see if they agree by feeling it).

Infini RF or laser would be great on this as well to try to blend it in.

Worst case your going to have to get another revision and this time use botox to not move or stress the cut, with special stitching (geometric from a facial plastic surgeon) to avoid the straight look it has with depression.

I'd try a filler first before doing another excision. Oftentimes, they just fail again. The only thing to consider is that filler in this area is somewhat risky because of an artery that runs through the glabella (between your brows). You definitely want to go to an doctor who is good with fillers.

See a well respected scar expert. 4 units Botox, hyper dilute solution. Follow the scar line, vertical subcsion. Each puncture will leave a 'crunch noise' not painful, but uncomfortable. Treat 2 mm apart. The buffer in the Botox will raise the broken scars. The Botox will relax the muscles. Take a photo in 4 weeks time, and do a running time line. That simple simple procedure will improve your scars by 50 percent. If you want filler, make sure you see some one above an expert, why ? Supratrochlear artery lies deep to this exiting the notch , a branch shoots off in the middle, too deep filler and you get retrograde HA into the artery. This may lead to blindness. A good specialist will bevel up the filler, the press down. All the best.

It looks very good, just some typical discoloration, If I did not know you had treatment I would say you look fine.

Vascular Laser is what is used to fade the area.

Did you just have filler and subcision or Botox and subcision as Obi said?

Hi there, FWIW I think it looks much better than in your initial picture (which itself did not look bad to me at all.) Scars like that add character IMO. Women like it, trust me. This is not to minimize what you are going through in any way, just my $0.02.

@Jones0321Swelling, ... Ice, Atihistimine. It just takes time to go down.

Treatment for the scar, not sure what you mean, I don't see a scar anymore, please describe the issue.

Ok.. no problem about the scar but it is lil bit bumpy ....n only 2 months passed for my scar revision surgery...so is there any chance that 1)the sutures are still present under my skin??
2) if yes then for how long it takes for the sutures to dissolve???

@Jones0321Ask the surgeon who did the work 😉 Di-solving sutures should be gone by now. Filler can be used if their is a indent, and laser can be used to resurface the scar down. But it looks fine to me, must be either not on picture or very little issue because it looks great.
