I've been looking into Retin A for acne scar treatment,
I've been trying to study the boxcar, icepick etc. scars and compare to mine but I cant seem to make out what I really have and how to deal with it personally. I would really appreciate any tips or suggestions on how I could go about dealing with these scars!
You mostly have boxcars and a few icepicks. Some boxcars on your right cheek look like they might be tethered. Pull on the cheek and see if the scars flatten. If yes, then they're not tethered. If the pits are still visible, you'll need subcision to break up the scars.If no anchored scars, RF microneedling like Infini is the best treatment to date for boxcars.
