I have tried this already at home and have seen only a small improvment. Do you think laser can help me or would it be exaggerated?

Are there any other treatments that could help or isn't it too bad and I should let it how it is?

Thank you for your information, but in Germany unfortunately we don't have dermatolgists which have specialised in acne scarring such as you in America I can't find someone who offers all the things you mentioned Would you say it is so severe that I have to do something against it? 

No it's not severe at all, you have no texture issues - top of skin (lucky), if you fill and subcise no one will know. I have others on the boards in Germany. They are flying to Denmark -Dr. Emil (Cheap Ryan Air Flight) or to the UK - Dr. Chu. Both Doctors are listed in the faq - first post of the acne scar sub scroll to the recommendations. Once you do a few subcisions you can top up locally in Germany at a doctor or med spa. Again only get the subcision when your filler runs out (give months time for the body to heal).

Have them do a TCA acidpeel as well if you wish for the surface stuff, but its rather mild. You can also have this done locally.

How I already mentioned nobody ever noticed it (I'm the only one who really sees it). I also use argan oil every night and I have the feeling that it helps a little bit

While you saving cash and looking i would suggest tca peeling,if its ok with your skin (do the test and follow correct steps) its something that wont hurt and you got small shallow rolling/boxcar scattered on your face,not bad but obviously it bothers you enough to want to treat it.

try 3 tca peels and work up to 30%,lets say 15% first,25% second and go 30% or even 35% third.wait 1 month or 28 days for healing from application and after the third session see what your skin is saying.

you dont have moderate texture you just got liberal scattering of smaller rolling and boxcar.

So you mean I could do TCA by myself or should also let do it by a dermatolgist?
And if I already have saved money for a laser treatment (ActiveFX or Mixto SX) you would suggest this or rather TCA?

Up to you,personaly i would say diy,case of buying 100% tca and watering it down to correct % and applying it.yes its daunting at first but once you do it you know what to expect.

i done 7 25% so far and next time i am upping it to round 30-35%.

just do it right and be safe.

my worry with a paid for peel would be,they would only do a superficial peel that wont do a lot and charge.best is to do a medium to deep peel,3-4 layers and frosting to make it worth while.then you get result even if minor rather than paying just to be red and fresh.best is to be peeling and healing,peel for 7 days and then heal for further 3 weeks.

So with laser treatments you have no experience? Maybe anyone in this forum who has the same scars and had laser done?

Thank you very much for your answer. You think a mixture between Mixto CO2 Laser and Intracel could help me? Because I have discovered a high recommended dermatolgist here in Germany who do this two treatments.

PS: I know that I have a sunken cheek it is attributable to my acne. I have lost so much weight during this time because of the stress with my acne
Maybe I should wait with the treatments until I've gain weight again?

Why are you against lasers? Own experience or only from other people? 
To be honest, my sunken cheeks do not really disturb me and from that perspective it looks actually worse than it really is I only want to treat the little holes from my acne.

We get that you want to fix your issues, thats why we help you. None of us our paid to help you like a doctor we are here as volunteers.

Not one of us has mentioned to get laser, your pushing for this. If you want laser great go get laser. Most doctors push this non stop.

If you have read my FAQ which is researched not only with the top professionals in the acne scar world, but alsomy own experience treating others scars (I work in aesthetics), you would see there are side effects to laser - it's in the faq laser section and there is a link for further side effects.
This should be your last ditch treatment, not your first. Laser has worse side effects than anything we mention on this site.

* Laser has side effects research them (the biggest being thermal damage aka your fat is melted away, and not in a good way).
* Laser only offers less than 10% to 20% improvement over many treatments
* There is a long history if you search this forum for many years of people having terrible experiences with laser, this is not the marketing the devices companies throw at you or the doctors who push it as a miracle device for quick $$$$. $$$$ does not equal benefits with this treatment.
* We have told you rf microneedling is safe, protects the epidermis aka insulated, and works better on acne scars, but yet you still push laser. I do not think you even need this, as I said take a quick RyanAir flight (a few hrs) to Denmark or the UK (you said no one by you offers this) get some filler and subcision and a tca acid peel (a few and be done), you could even get this tca peel(s) done in Germany. You have very minor scarring, why do something so drastic? Did they sell you the one and done quick line of laser fixing all your issues...
* Laser is old technology, at this point many devices are outdated and better alternatives are used. ie. RF Microneedle.
* You can do all the treatments that actually work, I have thousands here who did sub, filler, infini, etc, etc and had the results they want, without the side effects, we are real people, not paid advertisements, and photoshopped photos.
* Laser does not make fat appear, it makes it go away, so how will this fill a fat deficient spot.
*Laser widens the boarder of scars
* Acid peels do everything laser does without effecting the deep dermis or sub fat layers, it does not cost anything, even Cleopatra did them, and if it's deep enough (strong enough) it makes real results, ask Quad. You can do them at home or get them done cheaply at a med spa, ... again Drs do not do them because laser is $$$$. Laser is fractional now days and acid peels are fully ablative for the overall skin texture.

The choice is yours, we enjoy helping people, but why come here if your going to push laser, you can goto any doctor even a dentist now days and get laser, if your set on that they can help you with your choice better. People come here desperate, they cannot get the results they desire, they had bad experiences with treatments like laser, many tried it all, they don't know what to do next and are stuck. We offer them a alternative as people who not only suffer with scars but many of us also work in the field (no financial gain - it's philanthropic).

I know what has worked on thousands and this is the standpoint I try to help with, the choice is yours. Some people have to learn by trying things on themselves.

The reason why I'm pushing laser so much is that I have a really close friend whose scars are comparable to mine and he've done laser one year ago and had amazing results. But I think I will try Intracel at first and see how it works  

Only trying to help you, especially those fat loss pits filler and sub will fix it right up. That's all I ask, try the intracel, laser is there if that and tca peels do not work, TCA peels will help alot for texture at the end of treatment. Keep us updated, want you to see good improvements!

I saw that my dermatolgist with the Intracel also offers subcision but not especially for acne scars, only for other scars. Must it be necessarily NOKOR subcision as you have proposed it or could it also be normal subcision? 
And one last question: Would you suggest I should use my dermastamp 1,5 mm at home every 4 to 6 weeks by DIY or is this just a waste of time?

If you only have normal needle subcision then do that if it's more convenient but cannula is better. Just be aware the results vary by doing this method.

Ok thanks, then I'm going to look in getting Intracel at first and look how the results are I also have the feeling that it gets better week by week, though very slow but I can see an improvment only with putting argan oil on my face every night
Maybe I'm lucky and my scars will go away by their own within years because they are so shallow and I'm still relative young I think :D. I know that a scar remains a scar but I have the hope that one day you couldn't see most of them with bare eye.

@Leon1994 Genuinely curious. Do you have any after pictures by any chance? I'm going for sub + filler for similar scarring and would love to see if decent results are obtainable.
