Im not sure if someone discussed this before, but recently in Asia there has been a sudden increase of popularity of this thing called REJURAN, Originated from South korea made from Salmon dna.
they claim it as Skin repair instead of a filler as its not for facial augmentation but for aging reversal, acne scars, etc.

I havent seen this before just wondering if someone have any thoughts on this?
currently its priced at around 500-800 USD per syringe in Singapore.
Thank you for sharing info, we always are interested in ways to correct scarring. The post was moved until it was handled by a moderator. This is because you put a link and this is not allowed to doctors or product sites as it's a forum of advertising or promotion. The doctor this is listed on is clearly selling his services and the product endorsement (informational or not).

To reply to "Rejuran": Many things wrong which are also addressed in the article or advertisement for the product.
* Most scars are fat deficient in some way / have pitting. This does not correct that "fat". In fact it clearly says it can cause a granduloma if used with any HA filler which provides most of the improvement for those who get subcision. Meso (popular in Asian countries) has been injecting antioxidants for years to be ""growth "" factors. This offers minor surface correction. The marketing pic of the person and youtube video, she had no pitted scars, she just had PIE discoloration.
* The way they are selling this even with the regeneration benefits is as a quasi skin booster. This does not correct scars but skin texture.
* I have tried it personally and it did very little, I suppose if you had perfect skin anything would be great for a product like this.
* It is not FDA approved - USA and thus not a valid treatment with the documentation and case studies necessary to pass this hurdle. As such it is not proven to be safe or effective in scale.
*It's basically just growth factors which you can buy in so many things now which is injected superficially, and the company has not been able to prove they are any better than your bodies own PRP factors used now and proven to help in healing / injections.
* Also this is marketing by the company and not controlled studies (they mainly have studies on rats).
* It will be very expensive, you need several treatments every 2 weeks with no end date in site, can you imagine if filler and other injectables are so much that this would be considered affordable. *500-800 per treatment every 2 weeks and many are needed $$$$$$$$$$. No one knows it's effect until they shell out the cash.
* This has been around now for over 2 year, if it was that effective we would have it in places like Europe or the US $$$$$$$$$$
* Try it out and let us know.
