No idea, grow out the hair and see. Many times scar tissue cannot grow hair as it' has changed the hair follicles have been destroyed. OF course "some" are able to grow it, depends on the scar type, area, and severity.

OF course not. I have heard antidotal evidence of rogaine/minoxidil topically working google search it. Some say Testosterone increases naturally increase their hairiness as well. Microneeling does nothing for this.

Well, i heard that microneedling is useally used in combination with Minoxidil, to transport the Minoxidil deeper.

With my limited knowledge on scars, skin anatomy and hair-
1. Acne scars are due to inflammation. Sebaceous glands lie deep in the skin. Layer of the fat.
2. Incidentally the hair germ cells called the " area of the bulge ' lie in the SC (sub cuttaneeous) or fat layer.
3. Inflammation can, in some situations destroy the germ cells that produce hair.
4. This results in scarring alopecia.
5. If your scars are not bad, sure Minoxidil can help. Follicular unit transplantation can help. Micro needling with Latiesse can help.
6. Of all the reliable methods FUT or unit transplantation is the most reliable. Mindoxil as BA suggest can be trailed, as it is the cheapest. Minoxidil has been proven for over 30 years.
7. Microneedling can remodel scars, but not regain the germ cells that produce hair. So BA, is yet again correct.
All the points can be found via Pubmed and other medical sites. Just did some research... distilled it, and gave points 1-7.
