Tethered and anchored scars, with areas of atrophy. You have several options, but I think surgical subcsion with or without PRP is the first step. Filler in this area can help with superficial and deep. Hard to say with just one snap shot, but this is where cautious use of fat transfer can help due to the sheer volume loss. Other options include microneedling RF - remember scars are 3 D, hit vertically and horizontally ( subcision) for best outcomes. I think one stand out feature is the atrophic nature (fat loss and connective tissue- collagen, elastin, matrix etc) of your scars. Should be a straight forward procedure for scar specialists. Wish you well.

The faq is the very first post in the acne scar sub check it out, the other link posted above is old information.
You have icepicks and box cars.
I would do subcision only with a nokor needle. IT will take a few of them. I would also do rf microneedle called infini rf or vivance., again a few of them. Finally I would do spot TCA peels on this area for texture. Acne scars are never one and done, it will take up to 3 years of treatments with down time. I have seen good results with many using these treatments on the temple area. You can read more about those treatments in the faq.
Thank you for answer. Iam living in Canada and finding doctor in here almost impossible. Is anything I can do at home ?
Talk to @keving100private message him, hes on several scar posts. He lives in Canada and knows of Drs. Do a search, there was a few posts on this "Canada".
Yes look at the faq - top acne scar sub, microneedling, this will not give you the percentage of improvement of subcision and rf microneedling.
