Red nose from squeezing

Hey. A 20 year old man (boy) here. I've had my acne problems through the years, but have managed to avoid any scars. Maybe one and a half a year ago I had some blackheads on my nose (specifically on my nasal bridge) that pissed me off. Having squeezed all kinds of pimples elsewhere in my face before without causing any visible damage to my skin, using my nails, I didn't mind using my nails on these blackheads. So I did, noticed my skin turnt very red, but was sure it would turn normal again the next morning with some moisturizer on. And it did. So through the following weeks I repeated this "treatment", thinking my skin would benefit from it. And in my stupid head it seemed like it did. After maybe the fourth or fifth or sixth time of squeezing, I noticed my skin was pretty red the next day. And days. And weeks. In the beginning, I thought my nose would heal, so I didn't really think much about it. Well, it didn't really heal, after a few months I realized that I had f***** up. My entire nose had turned into a big red scar. I started buying creams to fix it, tried each cream for weeks and months.

Well, long story short, here i am today, 16 months later, with a nose just as red as it was at the day of my realization. It's red, shiny, and won't improve. You can clearly see the scar tissue covering it. This is not rosacea or any other condition, just a consequence of an impatient teenager's wish to have normal skin. It's simply a big red scar covering my entire nasal bridge. I eat healthy, I live healthy and I almost never drink alcohol. I could literally have played as Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer. I am desperate. I am depressed. I've stopped living. I can't even look my own brother in the eyes. I am avoiding people and prefer to be alone. I am so embarassed. I've kind of given up everything.

So this desperate little post is basically a cry for help, whatever it might be. I'm so lost. Is there any wonder cream, treatment, or whatever that could help, I would be forever grateful. I don't need any psychological guidance, I need something specific that can improve this red scar. Just any tip or trick. I just need some hope (yeah I know I sound dramatic). Thank you for reading this and taking your time, it means everything to me. Really. V

Please goto a dermatologist. This will not be cured by any at home things. It will be costly as well. I suggest if you do not have the money to please use something like dermablend makeup to cover the redness until you do (macys used for surgeries). The redness will need multiple ipl, v-beam, excel v, or 1064nm laser treatments. If it is covered in scar tissue like you state (i haven't seen a pic) you will need co2 laser resurfacing or tca peels.

You can try tretinorin found on ebay and hydroquinone cream in the mean time to see if it peels it some or light glycolic peels.

Thank you so luch for the advice, really appreciate it!! When you mention the different laser treatments, do you mean that I need to use several of those mentioned, or a single one that the dermatologist eventually will decide for me? And do I need to do the CO2 treatment in combination with one of the others? And yes, it is scar tissue, I'm 100% sure. Again, thank you!

CO2 is for resurfacing, the others are multiple of the same thing for red. Let your cosmetic derm or med spa decide. I would try the glyolic peels and creams I said first if you don't have the $$$$
