Scarring on temples - any solutions?

I've got several scars on my temples and cheeks. I'd really appreciate if someone could help answer the following questions. Are these rolling or boxcar? What procedure is typically prescribed for these types of scars? I was looking into subcision, but it seems some doctors don't recommend it in the temple area due to potential nerve damage. Do you know of any dermatologists/plastic surgeons in California who perform subcision on temples? Thanks!

Hi there the best solution I have seen for these type of scars is with Dr. Rullan in San Diego, CA. He does subcison and is a good Dr. These look like surface box cars to me. You could also do something like a TCA spot peel on the temples for the texture after the subcision. We had a member with scars just like yours who do a combo of subcision and infini rf microneedle with great results.

these are actually pretty easy to fix

2x to3x subcision will give you 60% improvement
2x infini rf will give you another 20% improvement
TCA peel at a high percent (30%) will give you another 10%

if you're budget concious just do more subcisions or use microneedling instead of Infini.

NOT EVERYBODY IS GOING TO GET 90% IMPROVEMENT from this.
If yours are more severe you might need more treatments.
Don't go crazy and get obsessed with your scars.

Subcision - superficial with Filler or even saline- PRP, some areas can do with NOKOR, your temporal artery lies higher, your branch of your facial nerve lies deep. So safe if you see a good specialist. Miconeedling PRP also safe, don't go more than 2.0-3.0 mm in this area. I heard Intensif bringing out a crazy 5.0 mm needle. Wow.. that could do some damage if someone does not know anatomy. The scars look difficult, but with time and patience they will give with the above treatments. Extremely hyper dilute BOTOX can help. Paper by Dr Woffles Wu, vvvv dilute concentrations placed superficially can help. Logic prevails that it decrease muscle and myofibril pull activity on these scars. Just a thought...
