I had an acne scar on my forehead that I got in September 2016. I tried different ways to treat it and could not find anything at home that worked. I was googling remedies, and I found Devoted Things indented scar peel. It originally didn't work because I was putting it on in the morning and night and that was too much for my skin to handle. It started to flake off and burn. I took a break for a week and started back u. This time I only put it on at night and after I moisturize. It has been fantastic since then. My scar has become so much shallower and will hopefully be gone by next month. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I promised I'm not sponsored by Devoted Things. I'm just super happy that the product worked!

Any acid peel "can work." What is so special about " Devoted Things indented scar peel " other than a scammy sounding name ($$$?) that make it special. What is the ingredients. 99% of acid peels can be bought anywhere. AHA and BHA products are used in tons of skincare products for exfoliation.

Glad it worked for you.

It doesn't cost hundreds of dollars. It's $40 for a bottle and it lasts a while. Along with that, it uses hyluranic acid to peel the skin. It can be used every night and every couple of days the area of skin you put it on will peel off and the scar will be shallower.

I would never combine personally (opinion - due to side effects) items like HA and acid peels. You need a pure HA serum and a acid peel separately, they have more uses with other procedures. Also the HA would have less effect with the acid mixed in than applying when it's neutralized.

They are pluming the skin temporarily after the weaker peel to make scars seem less.It would depend on percentages of things used in the peel and quality of them.

For $40 you can get a very high quality TCA acid for Cross or spot peels, and some HA serum for a bit more.

I am glad it worked for you and did what you needed.
