What treatment would work best for my scars? (Pics inside!)

I've circled some of the ones I care most about. In real life, the ones just under the lip are less visible than the ones below. (I have a small blemish on my chin from starting Taz but I rarely break out now. I know you're supposed to be perfectly 100% clear before you start treatment, but I'd rather start now and , I'd rather start scar treatments now and do more later than wait until my skin is perfectly clear 100% of the time.)

I don't mind paying for filler. I had Belotero without subcision done early last year and it must have helped because I couldn't see any of these scars until recently--or maybe I just got older and the scars became more visible. Now that I'm noticing them, I've gotten very insecure.

Would subcision with filler work, or would these require TCA cross--or some combination? I can't tell if they are boxcar or rolling.

I'm considering going to Novick in NY, but I'd love to hear your input too. I've learned a ton just from reading a few threads here, including BA's FAQ on scar treatments and several others. Thanks in advance!

On BA's advice, I've added a flashlight/shadow pic. Sorry for the pinkness/peeling; it's from a topical I just started.

@publicoracleScars create shadows, I cannot see the shadows, people often use a flashlight to do this. If they are indented you need subcision and filler. You can also try microneedle and tca peels on them but this will not lift, just improves the texture.

Yes subcision and filler

Novick is great.
