What are your thoughts on Clear + Brilliant laser treatment

I have an appointment to have Clear + Brilliant laser treatment in a few weeks.  I have some very shallow scarring/pigmentation that I'd like to deal with, but I'm not 100% sure if this is the best option to spend money on. I understand that an ablative laser treatment would be more effective but I simply don't have the time to set aside for recovery.

Based on the pictures attached, is this a good option or is there another treatment you'd recommend?

Clear and Brilliant is the equivalent of a microneedle treatment. Might as well buy a http://derminator.com or roller. I see minimal textural box cars. This can be helped by TCA peels, Microneedling, and subcision. It will also help with your PIE aka red spots (the TCA peels). It's up to you if you want to do C&B, it can take 6 to 10 treatments for some minimal correction, your scars are so minor maybe this will work for you full, I know for major scarring it wont, but I believe in letting the treatment fit the issue.

If you want to know more about subcision, acid peels, or microneedling please goto my signature below, faq and find those sections.
