In my experience, these sort of marks do eventually fade on their own. Dan's AHA+ can help. This speeds up the process.
My son had a lot of these same marks but now a year later most of them are gone.
Overall though your skin looks in great shape!! 
I cannot say if your scar indents will stay forever, some people's go away. You can use a dermastamp also known as a dermaroller to stamp those depressed areas. The favorite of the website here is owndoc.com derminator. Or you can goto your doctor or med spa and have this done. Other things to work on these spots are retin a or tretinorin cream spot treating the areas. If they do not go away in some time you will need to get subcision done on those spots.
