Hello ! 
I am 15 year old male and i have bad acne since 2 years.I am on Accutane now (six months 40 mg/day) and i have left 2 months.I have no active acne now but i hate my scars.What is the best way to treat them after the accutane course?

Use the acne.org regimen + the glycolic acid to smooth it out. It worked for me, it should work for you.

These look like PIE or PIH treatment is below in my signature FAQ Link under "skin then PIE" Acne.org's glycolic can help a bit with this.

These worst thing I see is the reds. You might need subcision and filler eventually but I would start now with microneedling (the derminator ... google search is cheap and great) and can be used while on accutane, and TCA spot peels as it's only a surface treatment.
