I had two acne on my cheek around 6 months back. These have been replaced with two dark brown spots - direct below the eyes. These have persisted. I have not used any medication as such except for some home remedies. I am 37 male. Please advice how can i get rid of these. These have been bothering me everyday.

Also, after a break of 6 months I got another acne near the same spots - visible on the photo. Please advice how to best deal with this.

I am irregular with the use of products like moisturizers, sunscreen etc.

Please help -  this has affected my self worth.
