I have a scar on the bridge of my nose (looks worse than it does in the photo).
I went to a spire hospital in Manchester and they suggested scar revison (300 pounds + 300 pounds hospital fee) and a 1ml fat transfer (200 pounds). I'm a bit taken aback by the cost. Is this normal for the UK?
I am thinking of visiting the sthetix clinic in Liverpool. Can anyone suggest any cheaper and better clinics?

That can be fixed simply with filler and subcision. If you are in the UK I hear Professor Chuis well regarded. The price seems about right. I don't know that I would try fat in the nose. You can get filler done at any aesthetics place. Make sure, they have done hundreds of other acne scar filler procedures and they subcise it, if they just inject it won't break the bonds holding it down and doughnut. Filler can be about<$1000 US (depending on the amount) as well so that price seems the same.
