Hi, I am really surprised there is no mention of needling with stemcell serums like Procell and AnteAGE anywhere on this forum. Has anyone tried these serums with derma needling? I have been reading about these serums and they sound interesting, before I order I would like to know if anyone tried any of these or if there is a better product? They are very expensive but if they really work they might be worth trying since my progress with needling and other topics is extremely slow.

There is an interesting article herebarefacedtruth.com/2015/04/13/confused-growth-factor-cytokine-products-skin-care-microneedlingand read some of the comments.

These companies seem to offer complete pre and post serum solutions specifically for needling.

Thanks..

They are the same. Procell is a distributor of the latter, and it's also called Cellese. I have used the product with mixed results, it was not amazing and it is expensive, perhaps more is needed than a few treatments. The only product worth buying is the bone stem cell microneedle solution, the one the doctor can get is twice as strong. I am doing a ongoing comparision of prp vs this product. I think PRP if done optimally 6X concentration (lots of blood is drawn) is better. But this could be ok for the home user. If you want many reviews search essentialdayspa.com all professionals in the business, for a review of ante age or cellese I forget. Their aren't many recent reviews. It is funny their way is the only "way" that uses them bone stem cells, everyone else does it a different method.

Thank you very much for your reply. Very useful information. Procell is very expensive but they sell the MD version of the product where as AnteAGE doesn't sell MD version to consumers. If I was sure it would work I would go for it. Some online reviews/comments sound very promising. Did you see any improvement? How many needling sessions + AnteAGE did you have? What needle size did you use? Was it the MD version or consumer version? Also Did you use all three products, 1- needling solution 2- the serum and 3- accelerator?

Sorry for all these questions, I am really curious about this approach since only needling is not working too well for me, according toDr Lance Setterfield M.D needling is supposed to one of the best solutions for scarring I am beginning to think I must be doing something wrong or incomplete. Do you think it's worth buying his book by the way "The Concise Guide to Dermal Needling Expanded Medical Edition"

Thank you very much again..

Also Is there a specific product you are referring to when you say "bone stem cell microneedle solution" according to anteAGE and Procell, they are alsousing humanbone marrow stem cells (well kind of)..

You microneedle any size it does not matter. The average doctors recommend is 1.5mm, I used a box and did not get much improvements, some, but the same you would get with a serum, retin a, , or topical vitamin c. But unless you can do your own PRP, its better than nothing right, It creates growth. As you know these products vary, it could be great for you and not for me. Nothing is universal. Even moisturizers. You use one roller ball a needle session (you get a box of them). No of course I did not use their activator or other stuff, the ingredients are the same as any serum, why bother? All that is needed is the microneedle stem cell serum "needling solution." Try it, if you don't like a box, then don't order again. Post your experience on the form here.

Microneedle does not heal scars, it does stimulate small growth with each procedure. Depends what kind of scars you have read the faq below.

You cannot purchase the md one, they will ask for your doctors license. They only sell consumer grade retail.

That book is ok, but it won't give you some secret other than very detailed microneedle info. 1.5mm is the standard or microneedle, don't use anything but pure ha after microneedle to prevent immune response, etc.

PRP in my view is much better, its your own growth factors, but for hoe use sure.

""Also Is there a specific product you are referring to when you say "bone stem cell microneedle solution" according to anteAGE and Procell, they are alsousing humanbone marrow stem cells (well kind of).. ""

-- you realized you just said the same thing right? Bone marrow has stem cells...

Thank you so much again, I think I will give it a go since PRP is much difficult to achieve at home, I have also ordered a derminator. I will post my experience for sure.
