I am in my mid 40's and would love advice on scar treatment based on my pics. I tried laser twice which was quite aggressive but didn't work. I tried stamping and rolling without any success. I don't have lots of money to afford fillers all the time. I downloaded a few pics.
Laser does nothing for tethered atrophy, you need filler and subcision. If you cannot afford filler then get subcision and do the vacuum suction on the subcized areas to create clotting.
Filler -There are groupons for filler and those Flexible spending account (pre tax healthcare care credit spending) and care credit to get this done and pay over a period of 1-5 years (like a health care credit card).
Fat grafting is even more $$$$
