His cheeks look noticeably improved, but 1200 is an outrageous price for three needling sessions. It looks like he needs 15 more. This is why needling is best done at home, each session is just a few drops in the bucket.
Brian is a cool guy btw. Great personality.
Hi friends!! Exactly, this is why drs are rip offs. You could get a laser treatment for that and do the same progress. If your going to go derm for that price at least do Infini with energy so tissue is regenerated through necrosis. But I agree with
He needs stem cells / prp with his treatment for that cost ;-P Filler and subcision for the indented scars.
Quan most people should just do the Derminator and TCA peels at home. He does have a great personality, pink hair, only he could pull that off ;-p
I bet he had issues because of testosterone (natural or not)and sweat, ...isn't he a body builder?
Surprised the doctor didn't suggest subcisiontoo. Frankly, I believe subcisionalone would have given him better results.
Brian Turner's the man, he gives me hope for acne. And yeah his skin texture looks noticeably a lot better ! But I'm scared to do microneedling by myself like you can do more damage , you can get an infection or make the scars look worse if you use the wrong size or don't use the right amount of pressure or too much pressure. I rather pay to get it done idk maybe you should look into a AHA to help with the texture.

haha he actually has acne scars, pink hair, and an attractive girlfriend. Breast cancer and acne scars run in my family so I have a lot of respect for the guy.

I've needled myself 4 times since late May with the derminator. I haven't had any of these issues and my results are more or less in line with what you see in Brians video. I use a new 4 dollar needle cartridge each time to minimize to risk of infection, and I don't really apply any pressure and just let the device do the work.
If you are uncomfortable you should probably have a doctor do it first, and then perhaps consider doing it yourself. You can just follow the same steps they do in the office at home. But as you can see from this video microneedling is an effective tool and is worth trying.
Brian is awesome, all that self esteem and the way he's so positive towards everything is really contagious. You can see he'a a bit disappointed with the treatment, though. He sure did pay a lot, while actually promoting the clinic where he did it.
It's a shame that these doctors take advantage of people with a problem but not all doctors are like that, sure, they have to make a living but I think mostly people pushing the dermapen/mcroneedling don't know the first thing about treating acne scars.
Beautifulambition you mentioned that for that price he could have gotten infini RF with prp, I agree 100% and depending on the doctor he might have gotten 2 sessions.
And he certainly would benefit a lot from subcision as well. He says on the video he'll be focusing on acne stuff a lot so I'm gonna keep watching his channel.

Tbh I just don't like the idea of needles rolling on my skin, literally terrified lol And I haven't done research on that , but I heard people who do micro needling they buy a new derma roller each time to reduce risk of infection as for needle sizes and all that I know nothing of.
Melmmg ... it sounds like you are fearful of needles and that is fine, have a practitioner do it. I personally hate needles but I can do this to myself, because it's all for the better good of improving those acne scars.
Please see the FAQ below we talk about in the Derminator link sterile technique. Using rubbing alcohol, Hibiclens, and or iodine. The derminator machine has replaceable tips. You can even buy a sponge and use some cleaner on it to needle into if it freaks you out. Needle size is in the derminator thread 1.5mm through 2.5mm is where most people are using the microneedles.
Cheers
