I am planning to see Dr Nelson Novick in thefuture. I emailed him few times. He seems very nice and answered all my questions very detailed. He suggestssubcision + fillers for me. I didnt search much about filler, i heard that it just gives temporary result and quite expensive.He said that his price for subcision is range 250-375 per site (i dont know what does 'site' here mean)
Because i live in Europe he also recommend that he has an office in Israel (which is his hometown) and the cost of procedure there is just one-quarter of what he charges in NY. That seems nice to me.
Can you guys give more review for me about him. Does he has a consultation fee?
How did it go? I just went to see Dr .Novick for mild/moderate acne scarring on my cheeks and left temple. I also have a new, deep scar on my forehead from acne. I thought he was going to do subcision and microneedling but he ended up doing something different. He said he couldn't touch the scar on my forehead because it was still infected and inflamed. So he injected it with steroid. He then used fillers in the scars on my cheeks and temples. I am happy so far with the results. My scars are less deep, but still present (I've had on Infini treatment before at another location and that did also improve the scars a bit). In certain reflections where they looked really bad, like in the car window, I see they look less bad. The fillers last 1-2 years. I am seeing him in January to do subcision on the forehead scar and some of the more persistent ones on my cheeks. I know it is a process and I may have to go back for more subcisions and I eventually also want to do more microneedling.
