Yeah I hate fluorescent lighting man, you aren't doing yourself any favors as well by putting yourself directly under it. That type of lighting really exaggerates all scars. 

The dark spots should fade over time, as you can see they're already fading really well. The scars should soften up over time as well, but they will never be fully flattened without some sort of invasive treatment

Yeah man there are plenty of products to choose from. From an AHA, a retinoid, hydroquinone etc. Are you using any acne treatment right now? 

Lately, i dont wash my face. But I have a Cetaphil cleanser.
