sorry matte, but looking at your acne state there is only one answer: accutane
your scars arent severe so after you clean up your face things will be easier for you
i dont wanna frustrate you but most topicals will at most give a little help at your acne situation and it will only probably fade after your 25 if you dont take accutane now and prevent more scarring
Its pretty normal to get hormonal acne at your age. Its not severe in the pics. Honestly you will likely out grow it. For now, try something topical like duac or maybe some antibiotics. Avoid dairy, too much sugar and any weight gain supplements. Overall your skin isn't too bad .
Try Cetaphil antibacterial bar for cleansing.

His acne is not severe. Accutane often causes more problems than not and people scar on accutane just as much. Do not go around telling people accutane is the only option since its very risky and supposed to be a last resort. If a person decides to take accutane they should be aware of all the risks.
