HI all just wandering what you think the best route would be for my skin?
I have been to a specialist and have been advised to go with Microdermabrasion to unclog my pores then dermapen for the scars. Not so sure on the dermapen though.
The scars are strange, all over my face which makes my skin look bunched up, to be honest they look even worse close up. If I stretch my skin they are very shallow like I have nicked my skin everywhere with a razor. 
Thank you for your reply. I am having trouble finding another dermatologist over here. The picture above shows my skin in the worse light, I think if those bumps were to just get lost then it wouldn't look quiet as bad but I can't seem to get rid of the things. The scars are from pickingreligiously for the past 10-15 years and I hadn't noticed just how much damage I had done to my face until a month ago when I caught my reflection in dull daylight.
I have been looking at the TCA peels, the dermatologist I went to dismissed them, I think she was looking at a rather deep scar I have on my other cheek though even though that was caused by someone ramming a pencil in my face at school. What kind of scars are the TCA peels best for?

I wish that was the case, it's hard to show on the photos but I will try and get some more detailed ones, the scars are all over my face very clustered together but they are strange looking, They can only really be seen by tilting my head in the mirror in a certain light but they give my skin such a horrible/ haggered skin texture. Thank you for your kind words though
