Scar treatment while on Accutane?

Hi everyone,
I was put on rather low dosage of Accutane in early February. I started at 40mg every two days for a full month.
Then increased to 40mg daily for a month and I was supposed to increase to 50mg per day but I was getting back pains and extremely dry lips after about 10 days of 50mg, so my dermatologist told me to drop down to 25mg daily.
I get one or two pimples now and then; and they usually go away quite quickly.
Overall I'm extremely happy with that improvement but my skin still has many many scars: boxcar, rolling and some mild hyperpigmentation.
I was wondering if anyone had experience with doing any laser scar removal or any other scar treatments while they were on Accutane?
Or does anyone know if it is possible to stop Accutane for a few months, get my scars treated, then get back onto Accutane?
I am asking this because I will be going to Korea this summer and know that their dermatologists are able to work miracles (especially on Asian skin).

Thank you!

Nope , I'm pretty sure ( 99% ) u can t do that , if u don t want another scars , finish accutane , then u need to wait like 4-5 maybe 6 months before u start any scar treatment .

i think microoneedling is fine since it doesnt ablate the skin. but peels, lasers and dermabrasion just dont

im saying that because when i was on accutane i did several microneedling sessions, with single needlings, rolls and stamping and i noticed a very good improvement specially in my skin texture.
microneedling used to make me break out, in accutane it wont happen. i couldnt recommend doing that because i dont know how it could turn for everyone but i cant see needling worsening anything, and speaking for myself it was very worth it
