dermapen - possible damage

Ok hi,

I've done 2 dermapen sessions to treat my acne scars. The first one 3 weeks ago with a depth of 0,3mm just to see how my skin reacts. It was just a test run and I did it sparsely. Nothing bad/good happened.

Anyway I've thought 0,3mm isn't much I can go again roughly a week later. This time with 0,7mm or 0,8mm. Now I'm one week post my dermapen 'session' and seriously asking myself if I did additional damage to my skin. My mind is obviously not very healthy and easily scared. I also did not take a before photo but I'm pretty sure where I needled my skin there's now skin missing like a tiny dent/dot and it doesn't look like healthy skin. I'm also aware that that is probably exactly how needling works. Still I feel like I made new scars.

It's horrible to look at and I'm wondering if it's permanent. It bled slightly but can I even scar myself with ~0,7mm?

I have had a similar experience and am being told by provider it does not happen.
I had my first Derma Pen treatment in October and the results were very good.
However the second treatment the LVN was more aggressive and my scars are worse, I have new scars, the skin texture is
terrible and have some track marks on my cheeks. I am seeing the Owner who is an MD of this med spa on tomorrow .
I pray he helps me correct this. I am very depressed about this. My skin looks horrible.

Could be microtearing, as the Dermapen has been shown to do.
