So I drank last night and now this morning my red marks on my face are noticeably redder. Anything I could to reduce the redness? Or do I just need to wait it out?

You need to wait it out. Alcohol makes your veins wider for some time. So their will be more bloodflow and yes also under the red marks

Yes alcohol basically causes blood to rush to your face and will make marks and scars look worse for a couple days. This is why old alcoholics tend to have a red nose.

Bummer. My red marks were really fading too. Oh well now I know what the issue is.
