What scars and how to fix (pics)

Heya been a reader on this website for years and recently cured my acne from experimenting with different things on this site.
Now left with ugly red marks and scars (not sure what type)
If any of you have an idea what type of scars and marks I have please let me know and how I can best improve them so they are barely visible.
