I've been on orotane for 80 days now 60 mg a day. I've have noticed a slight clearance of pigmentation in certain areas all though it's a very slow process. I'm hoping by the end of my treatment my pigmentation will have greatly improved. anybody Personally taken tane and had marks clear or drastic change by the end of the treatment?
I had a big reduction in red marks by the end of my 5.5 month course. I think that was due to the elimination of acne though and not a specific effect of the accutane. A month after accutane I started using the acne.org aha and I think that had the biggest effect on my skin pigmentation. I have no signs of past acne on my face at all now. I never thought I'd have a complexion like this. I do have hyperpigmentation on my back, but I also don't apply the aha there.
