so i just noticed today on my cheek there is like these "raw" looking fleshy pink patches on it are they scars??? they look like the skin peeled off, or kind of like burn marks, like my skin is brown these are pink raw looking patches. there is also no hair growing on them. will my skin repair itself or is this a scar?

edit:i am not sure there may have been a scab in that area i peeled off a week or two ago
