I've been using BP 10% for only 3 days but I've already noticed my face is really red and dry like a sunburn all over my face. I moisturize multiple times a day but nothing seems to work. Can i use sudocreme on it and how long will it take to fully heal?

Just stop using the BP then. You're being too aggressive. You have already burned it so using moisturizers at this point won't reverse the burn, you'll just have to wait it out. Stop using everything and slather on a lot of vaseline at night until your face is better then go slow with BP after that. Like 2.5% every other day or something.

10% may be too much. Try 2.5 % or maybe you're starting with too much BP.
