I can't get any more colour or improvment into the massive white scar.it's filled in now.and if I use the lamp anymore it's not improving.so I'm going to stop treating it now

Are you happy with it? How much improvement did you get out of 100% would you say?

This has to be the most inspirational post on the whole site considering doctors say hypopigmentation burns are basically impossible to improve. I've started using melgain and a uvb light for my light patches (caused by idiot davin lim).My patches aren't as obvious tho since I'm porcelain white, and the patches are more streaky from where the erbium laser overlapped. I'm using a metal spoon to protect my eyessince the burns are around my eyelids, and that seems to be working well.I'll updates if I have any clear results.... **bought the products a couple months ago and only started using it now re earlier post**

Hey. Haven't been here quite long time. Just wanted to say that i got UVB lamp quickly but Melgain lotion delivery time was ~1 month or maybe even a little bit longer if i remember correctly. Then i moved to live another place etc and didn't have much time to deal with this "thing". Finally when i wanted to sart this treatment the uvb lamp went broken (it just stopped working) and sent this item back to the company and got new working lamp after that. Anyway, i started this treatment about ~2,5 weeks ago and so far i don't see any results. I have been used so far about half of the 5ml bottle Melgain lotion. Read from internet that vitiligo users saw improvement after 6 months or even after one year using that stuff. Dunno at the moment should i order another bottle of that melgain lotion or not. Soon this one ends. Maybe i'll do that but havent decided yet.

At the moment i'm doing this treatment only to small white scar that is in size about ~2x5 cm. In the evenings i add melgain lotion and in the mornings i do uvb light about ~4 mins. I have light skin. I'll let you know when i see any improvement or when i decide to stop doing this. But yeah, during ~2,5 weeks no improvement for me. But it doesn't mean that other people don't get results from this. People are different, skin is different, scars are different and maybe i'm just not good responder to this treamtent.

I have seen some improvement to my laser burns I *think*. It doesnt seem as bad as before. The area was lighter than the rest of my skin but not pure white so maybe that has something to do with it.

I just wonder if the melgain I buy from eBay is as good as the melgain you bought, Aesthetic beast?

Has anyone tried hydroquinone or cortisone cream for brown/pigmented burn marks? I have one from a bad ACV burn that I'll soon be treating. Great progress by the way Aesthetic Beast. It looks great. :D

Hydroquinone is carcinogenic, especially when exposed to UV light.

Good reports of microneedling with Latiesse and nUVB in the literature, more cost effective than recell....

Wow,  that is a beautiful response - absolutely amazing !  Sorry this is a late reply/question from your post, but do you have any recommendations on what seller(s) on ebay to purchase lamp and Melgain from? I am sometimes leery of ebay as once I bought something (fragrance) there that turned out to be counterfeit (even though I paid fair market price for it but I do not use ebay very much-- so it was my inexperience at fault ). Again, an amazing photo, thank you for sharing your experience !

Did Melgain actually work for anyone?

I am 1 week in and dubious about it.
