Hello Everyone,

I am 21 years old and I am in need of suggestions and help. I ended my accutane treatment in December of 2014. I currently get breakouts here and there from time to time but it is about 85% times better than what my skin used to look. The pictures show my skins description, I really need to know what is probably the best option for me to get rid the scars tiny holes, especially on the nose. I have researched options for scars but I dont quite understand since I never had the chance to actually get to deal with scars until now. Please give me some guidance, thank you all.
