Hello

 

I have severe acne problems all my life i have icepick scars all my face and lately i shave my head and my skull looks like the pictures.

 

Could you give me some advice, any medicine or cream.

I heard personal microdermabrasion looking the pictures could it work or help.

This looks like a normal man's skin to me. Some slight bumps, but nothing remotely terrible. I say try retin-a or some chemical peels to see if it makes things less bumpy. Less is more with something minor like this.
