Subcision Without Laser/filler?

Ok guys, i really want to try the subcision treatment for my rolling scars. I've had lasertreatments, fattransfer and dermaroll/dermastampsessions all with no result. I've just contacted the medical centre for the price. I hope it is fair, it's the only place in Holland where they do the treatment as far as i can look.

On their website they say that in most cases a filler is needed. And that is just the thing that i dont want. I want something that is semi-permanent.

Anyone have had succes with subcision without fillers (or lasers)?

Edit: i read something about suction? What is is exactly and can you do it at home?

Great threat!! But i have one question. What do you mean by passes according to suction?

Another q: how are your scars now? If you look back, did the TCA and dermastamp their work or can you do it without?

I'll be updating the thread tomorrow with pictures and a video.

A good 70% improvement. Some scars never came back but those that did look soo much better.

After 1 subcision? Wow!!

I think i like this procedure, although i am not looking forward to the downtime. I have a little girl of 10 months and i hope that she is not afraid of me when i have bruises and such. Are the bruises really that bad?

It seems that Noa27's question is still left unanswered, and I am wondering about the same thing. Should I do subcision "without" filler?

I am asking because this surgeon has recommended that I do subcision with filler, but the filler makes it much more expensive, and I wouldn't want to use filler if just doing subcision alone would produce excellent results. I would save a lot of money.

Go the subcision suction route if you don't have the money for filler.
