i got this pimple a few days ago that i picked at and it eventually turned into a big scab. the scab fell off today in the shower too early i believe as it was bleeding a bit where the scab use to be when it first fell off. Now it is completely dried out by itself and it feels rough compared to the other skin around it but it also feels as if there is no crater or indent. Any help with treating this is greatly appreciated! i included a pic
