Now I usually have a few pimples at a time, but I feel like the acne scars I have make it look like I have acne all over my face 24/7. I don't know if it's hyper pigmentation or my face has worn out or something but my face is just permanently red since acne scarring took place

How bad is my acne scarring and are the scars and redness on my face going to stay unless I get a surgery/laser treatment?

My forehead does have some scars but it isn't my problem area. My problem areas are my cheeks and temple area and these make my face red at all times.

I think my scarring consists of hyperpigmentation, rolling and boxcar scars, and few icepick scars, but I leave that to your judgment as well. Any feedback is high appreciated. Thank you!
