In high school my nose was destroyed by acne. Fortunately I have it under control now with some prescription ointment but you can still see the scars. I wanna say it's hypertrophic but it doesn't look as bad as others on this forum so I don't know if lasers or something I would need to see a derm for is right for me. Also I don't think my parents would approve any in office procedure (I'm 19). Having said that, are there any OTA creams or treatments that could help me? I've seen some creams on Amazon but they always have mixed reviews.

In the pictures you can compare the skin at the bridge of my nose and the skin at the base and clearly see the difference.
