Laser Or Dermarolling For These Scars?

I've recently started spironolactone to control my acne and it's been getting better, but I want to treat my scars. Would laser help or should I try dermarolling?

Any advice is appreciated!

Vbeam Perfecta IPL & microneedling. Peels can help too.

time + good skin care ( mild cleanser + anti inflammation moisturizer ) , if there are no results , go for PDL lasers ( vbeam is the gold standard)

These aren't scars if they are not indented. Agreed, Vbeam Perfecta for redness, hydroquinone for brown marks.
