That's what I've done so far. I see about 40-50% improvement. It's good, but i want more and i'm gonna continue this treatments.

After 4 months, I can draw conclusions.

  • First of all, my the first few prcedures weren't perfect. Now i got the hang of it and i do procedures much better.
  • I did the treatments too often. I need to wait more time between sessions. Probably my results would be better now.
  • I started the treatments 2 months after Accutane. Yeah, yeah, 6-12 months, i know. My regeneration was much worse than regeneration of my buddies. So i got a couple of little bitches scars. My bad... Anyways, now it's good.
  • I have quit smoking. Fuck yeah! If you wanna get results you gotta do the same. Read about smoking and regeneration. You need to heal good.
  • I bought some stuff from owndoc.com and now i got all i need to treat my scars

I will update this topic

Hi guys. Can you tell me what is this srugery method?

rubc_3.14.jpg

They make a cut under a scar and then put there some pieces of dermis (which were taken behind an ear).

Punch grafting.

It's not punch grafting, it's called dermal grafting. They take a piece of skin behind the ear, strip off the epidermis, then insert the dermis piece under a scar that has been subcised.
