Sun Tanning

I have been on the regimen for a while now, I have no more active acne but I'm still left with post-acne marks and scars.

I have been working indoors for a long while now and I have been said to have deadly pale skin, so I'm looking to get at least a light tan. Will perhap ten minutes in the sun be a problem for my skin even with SPF on?

We are type of mammals that are supposed to get Vitamin D from sun. Vitamin D is actually not a vitamin, it is a hormone. I don't think spending too much indoors is healthy for us.

Yeah, all the more reason I'm willing to get out there. Just wondering if going for a tan will cause long term damage on acne scarred skin.

tanner skin is much nicer and natural. hundreds of years ago there was no such thing as sunscreen.

10 minutes is fine :)

Sorry let me rephrase my question.

How does sun tanning affect acne marks and scars, and does applying SPF change things?
